Cal West Real Estate provides property management services for all types of properties. We manage apartments, single family homes, condos and commercial properties. We also handle one time rent ups.
We do it all for you.
- We do a walk through inspection with the departing tenant to make sure that any damages and necessary cleaning are charged against the tenants' cleaning deposit.

We advertise the vacancy.
- We take and screen the applications.
- We pull a credit report.
- We talk to former landlords.
- We make a decision and put the tenant under contract, complete with house rules.
- We do a walk thorough with the tenant so we have on file the tenants signed remarks on the property when he or she took possession.
- We provide you with a full accounting of monies collected and spent on your behalf. This is provided each month with a recap at the end of the year.
