Cal West Real Estate Questions and Answers
Q. Where is the Heritage Valley?
A.
The Heritage Valley is a name given to that valley that extends East of
Ventura, Ca, along State Highway # 126 It extends from Santa Paula to the Los
Angeles County line near Interstate #5 and includes the communities of Santa
Paula, Fillmore and Piru. The valley is rich in heritage including ranching,
oil production, movies and the famous Rancho Camulos.
Q. Why would I consider living and/or
having my company in the valley?
A. The valley
consists of small communities sited among the orange, lemon and avocado groves
that make our area so desirable. The small town atmosphere is good for the
family that loves to be involved with the community and spend time with each
other. There are many activities to involve the whole family.
The area is also a good choice to locate your company. The
labor pool is good and all the communities are supportive of new businesses
re-locating to the area. Transportation is readily available for your company
to get its goods transported to most anywhere, including a sea port in nearby
Port Hueneme.
Q. How
do I go about learning how I qualify for a home loan and what price home I can
afford?
A. When you are ready
to look for a property, just give one of our agents a call. He or she will
connect you with a lender who will pre-qualify you for your purchase. They
will lead you through the process of gathering the proper information to
assist them in making the best choices for your purchase
Q. Then can we start looking for a
property?
A. Sure, once we have
talked and we see what it is you are interested in and we have you
pre-qualified for a loan we will be able to start the search. Once we have
seen a few properties, the agent will get a better idea of what it is that
meets your needs and will be able to zero in on those particular properties so
we’re not wasting time for either of us.
Q. What happens when we find a property
we like?
A. We will write up a
purchase contract, present it to the owner and hopefully, get it accepted for
you. We will then take you through the process of opening an escrow, doing the
necessary inspections, getting loan approval, closing the escrow and handing
you the keys to your new home.

we will be glad to help.
